How do I enable two-factor authentication (2FA)?
Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds an additional layer of security to your account. Every time you log in you’ll have to enter a unique code obtained from an authenticator app. You must enter this code, in addition to your password, to access your account.
Remember to disable two-factor authentication before switching to a new mobile device. If you lose access to your authenticator app, use your recovery code to disable two-factor authentication.
Enable two-factor authentication
To enable 2FA, navigate to your account page and click on Enable two-factor authentication. You’ll see a QR code that you’ll need to scan with your authenticator app. Your authenticator app will then generate a 6-digit code. You’ll need to input and confirm this code on the account page to activate 2FA.
Once you activate 2FA, you’ll be given a recovery code. Make sure to write it down and keep it in a safe place.
Disable two-factor authentication
To disable 2FA, navigate to your account page and click on Disable two-factor authentication.
